Here is a new madeleine recipe, for this one I'm using coconut milk and dried coconut powder. Follow the recipe and instruction and you'll get those gorgeous bump every time!

75 g butter
50 g coconut milk
2 eggs
100 g sugar
125 g flour
5 g baking powder
50 g coconut powder

Preheat the oven to 240°C
Put the butter, coconut milk in the Cook Expert stainless steel bowl
Run EXPERT / 3 min / SPEED 4 / 90°C
Set aside

Put the eggs, salt and sugar into the Cook Expert stainless steel bowl fitted with the eggs whisk (remove the cap)
Run EXPERT / 1 min / SPEED 7 / 0°C
Run EXPERT / 1 min / SPEED 7 / 0°C
Add milk through the top
Add the flour, coconut powder and baking powder
Run EXPERT / 1 min / SPEED 5 / 0°C

Grease madeleine mold with butter
Fill madeleine molds up to 2/3

Bake at 240°C for 4 min
Then lower to 200°C for 3 to 4 min
Cool on a wire rack

If you want to have those nice bumps on your madeleines, you have to respect the baking process at 240°C and 200°C, it creates a heat shock necessary for their formation
