Yes there is something tastier than the chouquettes... It's the chocolate one.

PÂTE À CHOUX

62 g semi-skimmed
62 g water
55 g butter
70 g flour20g unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 eggs
Pearl sugar

Put the butter, the milk & the water into the Cook Expert stainless steel bowl
Run EXPERT / 3 min / SPEED 6 / 90°C
Add the flour, the cocoa, the sugar & the salt, remove the cap
Run EXPERT / 2 min / SPEED 3 / 100°
Re-run EXPERT / 2 min / SPEED 10 / 0°
Add the eggs one by one through the opening, you must wait until the egg is completely incorporated before adding the next one
Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a plain tip

Preheat the oven to 180°C

Pipe the dough into small puffs spaced evenly on the baking sheet
Sprinkle each puff with pearl sugar

Bake the chouquettes for 30 min
Do not open the oven until it's done
