INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
The weight of eggs in flour, sugar and butter
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Place the sugar and the two eggs in the Cook Expert stainless steel bowl fitted with the eggs whisk (remove the cap)
Run EXPERT / 5 min / SPEED 8 / 0°
Add the melted butter
Run EXPERT / 3 min / SPEED 8 / 0° to incorporate the butter into the mixture
Add the fleur de sel, flour and yeast in one go
Run EXPERT / 2 min / SPEED 5 / 0°
Pour into a greased cake pan.
Bake for 45 minutes
After 20min, plant a knife and slice the cake all the way
After 45min, unmold and allow to cool
