Summer is here and it's time to make some homemade ice cream !
Made with the Cook Expert from Magimix and an Ice Cream Maker.
ICE CREAM
4 egg yolks
100 g sugar
500 g milk
100 g semi thick whole cream
25 g milk powder
2 g vanilla caviar (or 1 vanilla pod)
Put all the ingredients into the Cook Expert stainless steel bowl
Run EXPERT / 10 min / SPEED 4 / 85°
Let it cool 2h in the fridge before using
Start your ice cream maker and pour the mixture into the ice cream maker
