PEAR & VANILLA JAM

Hi all, today i'm making a sweet Pear & Vanilla Jam, this is so good and so easy to make! You won't buy one from now on 🍐🍐

INGREDIENTS

1 kg net of Williams pears (1.2 kg of pears)
800 g jam sugar
1 small lemon
2 vanilla pods

Wash, peel and cut pears into cubes
Put the diced pear, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla beans split in half in a bowl
Mix everything and let macerate at least 2 hours in the fridge

Pour all into the stainless steel bowl of the Cook Expert
Run EXPERT / 45 min / SPEED 1A / 100 °
Remove the cap

Wash your jars with boiling water in order to sterilize them
Drain and dry them thoroughly

Put the jam in your jars, close them firmly and turn them upside down to sterilize them
Wait 12 hours before eating
