I've been trying to make my own yoghurt in the Cook Expert with no sucess, but since the update of the Cook Expert, I finally succeed!

Made with Cook Expert Magimix.

INGREDIENTS

1L milk
1 pack of yoghurt starter (or a pre-made yoghurt)
70 g sugar (optional)

Pour the milk into the Cook Expert stainless steel bowl
Run EXPERT / 25 min / SPEED 3 / 55 ° C
Remove the lid and let it cool 10 min
Add the yoghurt starter
Run EXPERT / 1 min / SPEED 5 / 0 ° C
Add the sugar
Run EXPERT / 2 min / SPEED 7 / 0 ° C
Pour the mixture into yoghurt jars
Put the lids on the jars

Rinse the stainless steel bowl
Pour 500 ml of water into the bowl
Install the XXL Steamer basket on the base
Put the yoghurt pots in the XXL steamer
Run EXPERT / 4h / SPEED 0 / 65 ° C
Leave the yoghurts 8h in total in the XXL Steamer without touching it
After 8h, reserve in the fridge
Yoghurts can be kept for 3/4 weeks without any problem

If you use Cook Expert's internal steam basket, reduce the recipe by 2
The program is different for fermentation:
Start EXPERT / 4h / SPEED 0 / 50 °
Leave the yoghurts 8h in total in the steam basket without touching it
After 8h, reserve in the fridge
Yogurts can be kept for 3/4 weeks without any problem
