Here is a simple and quick recipe for dessert.
Nothing really fancing but still delicious !
Made with Cook Expert Magimix.
400 g strawberries
4 egg yolks
50 g sugar
70 g cooking cream
50 g champagne or white wine
10 g icing sugar
Put the stainless steel bowl in the fridge for 30 min
Put the cooking cream into the Cook Expert stainless steel bowl
Run EXPERT / 2 min / SPEED 7 / 0°
Add sugar, egg yolks and champagne
Run EXPERT / 9 min / SPEED 7 / 50°
Wash the strawberries and arrange them on 4 small plates
Pour sabayon on each plate
Sprinkle with icing sugar
Gratin with a torch so that the sugar caramelizes
