250 g flour
500 g milk
50 g butter
25 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
Put the butter in the Cook Expert stainless steel bowl
Run EXPERT / 1 min / SPEED 3 / 60°
Add the eggs, sugar, flour, salt and milk
Run EXPERT / 2 min / SPEED 13 / 0°
Set aside for 30 min
Heat a 24 cm crepes pan and grease with oil using a paper towel
Pour a ladle of the batter and make sure the whole pan is covered with batter
When the bottom of the crepe is cooked, flip it and let it cook about a minute
Proceed with the remaining batter
