INGREDIENTS 1 Kg raspberries 800 g jam sugar 1 small lemon Put the raspberries, jam sugar and the lemon juice in a bowl Mix everything and let macerate at least 2 hours Pour everything into the Cook Expert stainless steel bowl Run EXPERT / 45 min / SPEED 1A / 100°C Wash your jars with boiling water in order to sterilize them Drain and dry them thoroughly Put the jam in your jars, close them firmly and turn them upside down to sterilize them Wait 12 hours before eating
