One of my favorite biscuits that I brought to the playground when I was a child...
Be careful to use salt flower and not salt for this recipe.

INGREDIENTS
2 egg yolks
80 g sugar
2 g vanilla caviar
80 g cold butter
140 g flour
6 g baking powder
5 g salt flower
Put the sugar, the egg yolks and the vanilla caviar into the Cook Expert stainless steel bowl
Run EXPERT / 2 min / SPEED 8 / 0°
Add the cold butter
Run EXPERT / 30 sec / SPEED 5 / 0°
Add flour, baking powder and salt flower
Run EXPERT / 1min30 / SPEED 7 / 0°
Roll the dough into a tube on a floured work surface
Film the dough
Refrigirate it for 1 hour
Preheat the oven at 170°C
Remove the dough from the fridge
Slice the pucks (1.5 cm thick)
Place the pucks into a muffin mold because with the heat the pucks will expand and inflate
If you do not want them to deform, they must be contained
Bake for 15 minutes at 170°C
Cool on a wire rack
