Hi guys, first of all, Happy new year to you! All the best for 2020.
Let's start this year with a new recipe, the yummy Pad Kra Pao Moo. You can also use chicken or beef for this recipe. Serve with jasmin rice 🙂

INGREDIENTS

2 red chillies
1 garlic clove

1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of nuoc mam
1 tbsp of dark soy sauce
1 tbsp of sugar
50 g of water

2 pork medallions
Thaï basil

2 eggs

Wash the basil and set aside
Cut the chili into 1 cm sections
Remove the skin from the garlic clove

Put the chili in a mortar and crush the chili
Add the garlic clove and ckeep crushing it
Set aside

In a bowl, mix the sauces
If you don't have dark soy sauce, you can use more soy sauce
Set aside

Cut the pork medallions into 3/4cm pieces and put them in the large plastic bowl of the Cook Expert
Run FOOD PROCESSOR / 5 sec / AUTO
Check the meat, you want to have a nice ground pork

Start cooking the rice

With the Cook Expert, using the XL Dough Blade
Pour 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in the stainless steel bowl
Add the chilli and garlic paste into the bowl
Run EXPERT / 2 min / SPEED 2A / 140 ° C
Add the ground pork
Run EXPERT / 10 min / SPEED 2A / 120 ° C
Add the sauce
Run EXPERT / 10 min / SPEED 1A / 100 ° C

While it is simmering, pour oil in a small pan (about 3 mm thick of oil)
When the oil is hot, break the eggs in the pan
Be careful to space them correctly
Cook over medium heat
Watch out for oil splashes!
Set aside the eggs on a paper towel to remove all excess oil

Add the basil into the bowl
Run EXPERT / 1min30 / SPEED 1A / 0 ° C

Serve with rice and place the egg over the meat

With a frying pan
Pour some oil into a frying pan and fry the garlic and chilli
When the garlic starts to brown (1 to 2 min), add the ground pork
Mix and break the ground pork
When the meat is cooked, add the sauce
Reduce for 5 min
Add the basil and turn off the heat
Keep mixing 🙂
