500 g mango flesh
150 g cane syrup sugar
Squeeze the lime
Peel your mangoes and cut them in pieces
Put all the ingredients into the Cook Expert stainless steel bowl
Let it cool 2h in the fridge before using
Start your ice cream maker and pour the mixture into the ice cream maker
