If there is one meal that I have always love from indian food, this is the Butter Chicken! Best serve with cheese naans and basmati rice 😍

MARINADE
2 chicken cutlets
1 yoghurt
10 ml of lemon juice
20 g almond powder
1 clove of garlic
2 cm chopped ginger
1 tsp. of Garam Massala
1 tsp. of red chilli pepper (sweet)
1 tbp. of sunflower oil
1 pinch of salt
Cut the chicken cutlets into pieces about 2 to 3 cm
Finely chop the garlic clove and fresh ginger
In a bowl, combine yoghurt, lemon juice, almond powder, finely chopped garlic and ginger, garam massala, red chilli pepper, sunflower oil and a pinch of salt
Add the chicken pieces and mix
Film and marinate at least 2 hours, or overnight in the fridge
SAUCE
30 g of butter
1 tbp. oil soup
5 crushed cardamoms
1 cinnamon stick
4 crushed cloves
1 cm chopped ginger
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. coffee from garam massala
1 tsp. red chilli pepper (sweet)
2 red chilli peppers in julienne
3 tbsp. concentrated tomato
150 g of crème fraîche
2 tbp. honey
1 pinch of salt
1 clove of garlic
1 onion
Cut into pieces and put them in the stainless steel bowl of the Cook Expert
Run EXPERT / 40 sec / SPEED 13 / 0°C
Add butter, oil, crushed cardamom seeds, crushed cloves and cinnamon stick
Run EXPERT / 5 min / SPEED 3 / 100°C
Meanwhile put the chicken in a baking dish and cook in grill mode 20 min in the oven (returned half cooked chicken pieces)
Add remaining ingredients (except crème fraîche) to the bowl
Run SIMMER / 15 min
Then add the crème fraîche
Run SIMMER / 10 min
Stir chicken in sauce in a serving dish
Serve with basmati rice flavored with saffron
